“Very loud! The elevator was broken but they didn’t call me before we checked in,just asked me if we don’t accept it they can redound for me. Omg, it was 11pm, where u wanted me to go!”

“The hotel is undergoing renovations, so there rooms are like new. Unfortunately the fitness center wasn’t available during our stay due to renovations. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport and near the city. Breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This property was very clean and very safe. My room on the 19th floor was very big and clean. Everyone in guest services was super helpful with getting me out of the parking garage when I got lost haha. I like that the parking garage has a lot of security and locked doors for guests only. I loved my city views and closeness to important landmarks uptown. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff was very rude when we voiced our concerns about our room being dirty and the air not working. Considering how often we stay at this property I was very disappointed”

“The hotel is older but very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. I felt safe due to a gated parking lot. The breakfast was a huge variety so each day you could have something different. The evening food was good.”
