“唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這”

“Our room had not been cleaned at check-in. We were given a second room that was in worse conditions than the first term. The third room worked like a charm, thankfully. However there were no pillows, blankets or sheets for the pull out sofa bed. We called the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone for the day. When we called back the next morning we were told those items would be delivered. After an hour we called back again, received an apology and was told someone was on the way.……

“The property seemed quiet and safe . The unit was a nice size and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes . The bedding and towels seemed clean . There was mold in our bathroom and the tile was really dirty. I walked around on the carpet with my white socks and they were pretty much black. The carpets really need to be cleaned. Lots of the vents were caked with dust. I saw a small roach in the kitchen sink area. All throughout the hallways it smelled like marijuana . I would not stay there……
