“They didn’t have the available Room I reserved and paid for. The associate offered a room that couldn’t accommodate all of our party. Then the staff said they didn’t have an extra room to fit all of us. And when another person without reservation showed up to the front desk, the staff offered a room for him that it wasn’t available according to him… The guy canceled our reservation and we had to move to another hotel.”

“EVERYTHING EXCELLENT”

“An older property with all the charm and quirks associated with age. Clean and comfortable and in a nice location with beach access tho not walkable to restaurants. Would have appreciated a small refrigerator in our room and sink was out in the room separate from bath/toilet so a bit awkward. Shower never achieved hot or warm enough for comfort. No closet to speak of just a few coat hooks. Staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming.”

“Some of the furnishings in the bathroom were in need of replacement due to wear and tear. The bedroom area was definitely recently renovated and very nice. I was impressed with how well maintained everything was, especially for a beachfront property- the sea air is no joke. Would DEFINITELY stay here again if catching a cruise from Port Canaveral. The Budget rental car was just down the street and offered free shuttles to the port.”

“This was an overnight arrival and stay in order to connect with family member heading on a cruise. The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida……
