“Eastwind is a very unique property. You are surrounded by nature and the vibe is very European. Rooms have lotsa wood and interesting touches. The pool was super clean and brisk. You're within walking distance (20 min) to lake placid and there's a good restaurant nearby - Sentinel & Station Large bonfires at night w smores and a lovely walking path to a nearby creek. I would have given them 5 stars but my bed was pretty uncomfortable I still would stay there again”

“My girlfriend and I had a terrific stay at the Adirondack Spruce Lodge! It's the perfect combination of rustic Adirondack charm and modern design and amenities. The grounds and the room were so well maintained, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. The location was close to all of the scenery and outdoor opportunities that the Whiteface Mountain area provides, and is also within a short drive to Saranac Lake and Lake Placid. We hope to make it back to this terrific property again sometime……

Owners run an efficient service: check in was easy (even for a late evening arrival) and they provide a convenient grab and go breakfast bag.
