“We enjoyed the hotel, but I always have difficulty trying to use the Hotel Parking Card to get out of the parking garage. I know it sounds like it should be straight forward, but the instructions I received from the hotel desk (twice) didn't work. The hotel said, "Just call us, if you have any difficulties getting out of the garage". Well, that's not so easy when 5 cars that are behind you blowing their horn for you to get out of the gate area. You should make this system much easier or just let……

“I ended up staying for an extra night because my flight was delayed. Both staff that checked me in each time were top notch. Very professional and polite. Asked us about our trip and thanked us for staying there. Best service I could ever expect. Thank you.”

“There was construction going on that started at 7:30 and continued to well after 6pm very close to our room. When we checked in the lobby worker burnt the popcorn which smelled up the lobby. The kickoff dinner was very busy the dinning room was full and noisy and chaotic. I will think twice about staying again at a Drury. The manger was nice and gave a coupon for a free stay but living in California the closet one is 8 hours away, compensating our stay would have gone a long way.”
