He looks right over you when speaking with you and quite often is dismissive and pretentious. Other than this particular experience, our 4 night stay was all that we’d hoped it would be. Josh at Ruth’s Criss made up for the grumpy breakfast chef and treated us to an elevated experience complete with the southern hospitality and made us feel as though he we were his only……

“Alex at the front desk was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get a room on the courtyard side of the building. Room was clean and comfortable and was lovely to look out into the Courtyard. Hung out in the lobby for a few hours with my husband waiting for our flight, very nice and comfortable.”
