“The check-in process was frustrating. We arrived around 6 PM and there was no one at the front desk. I had to spend about 15 minutes entering all the guest information to get our key, even though I had already completed everything online. The room was very basic—no water, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, or iron. There was also quite a bit of dust under the beds. The view is beautiful, but the trains pass by frequently and are very noisy, especially at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for……

“I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. Once in my room, I found the TV was……

“Furchtbar. Finger weg. Fernseher ging nicht. WLAN in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden, nur an der Rezeption. Zimmer schmutzig und abgewohnt. Teppich dreckig, Schmutz unterm Bett, Fliesen kaputt. Insgesamt alles sehr ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Nie wieder. Wir sind sofort wieder gegangen.”
