“I went there for the pool and the pool was great. The hot tub was currently out of order which isn't that big of a deal because the pool was awesome. But from the moment we got there things just weren't right. When we got into our room we opened the pull-out couch and it was full of crumbs and dirt. Then we got the pull out linens and there were yellow stains on them and they were obviously not clean. We called the front desk to ask for another one and they brought us a little sheet thingy that……

“Very unpleasant encounter with incompetent clerks at the front desk . . . When we asked about the availability of an accessible room, we were not told the truth, and then we were charged for two rooms instead of one! ”

“The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was awesome. The breakfast could have been warmer and you would benefit having a microwave. The room was perfect also.”

“Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms are elegant with cozy furniture and bedding and great views! I had a golf view room, and enjoyed visiting the courtyard and sitting by the lake. Would highly recommend staying here; it’s safe and friendly for solo travelers and in a great location near the freeway and lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc. My only gripe was that the hotel tried to charge me for market items (snacks + a bottle of wine) when I hadn’t ordered any. I didn’t learn about……

“We did not stay! Trying to get our money back. Its nothing like the picture, no handsoap, no breakfast, pool is closed. Offered no alternaitves. ”

“The orginial room was smoking and the front desk man that check me in was awesome. He moved to a new room. Thank you. The room in 317 the couch was dirty and the mattress needs to be changed out. I noticed a lot of coffee or nasty brown spots through the room. The light in the bathroom needs to be changed.”
