“Beautiful property. Uncomfortable beds and this was the 2nd time staying there. Staff are friendly, so aren't. AC unit made a racket all night.
Breakfast eggs are horrible. It was like rubber and honestly looked like a child's toy!
Put a hundred dollar hold on my debit card and my bank needed an invoice from hotel showing we stayed there an order to release money, hotel refused stating I booked room through a 3rd party. Well they had no problem putting a $100 hold that clearly shows Berlin……

“We stayed here previously, and would stay here again, if we ever came back to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel is nice, although the bathroom is a little cramped, but the shower is spacious with ample hot water and water pressure. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. “We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time.
