“Very nicele”

“I was supposed to receive free breakfast, that is one of the main reasons why I booked the property, but I was told by staff that I have to pay a fee and I was charged all three days I stayed. I ended up ordering from RAPPI which is their version of door dash which was much better!”

“Good location, breakfast and helpful staff. Room was comfortable.”

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“C”

“The whole place is pretty clean. Staff is always willing to help with any need, they are very kind. Food is delicious. This place feels like home. I will return to this hotel with no doubt, It is a beautiful ancient building that looks like a castle. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Poorly maintained hotel, great people but needs improvement overall”

“Excelente servicio”

“It's just okay to spend a couple nights.”

“This property exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again in the future.”
