“The hotel rooms had a terrible sewage smell. When I arrived I asked the front desk, and they switched my room to a smaller room. Unfortunately, the second room also had the same odor.I asked for help again and they sent housekeeping to clean my room. They stated that the pipes were too small and despite the cleaning and air fresheners, the smell would linger as a result. To make matters worse, I asked for clean towels and was given the keys to go to the laundry room to pull some out of the……

“Personal excelente. Muy amable. Los cuartos tienen aire de poca capacidad para el tamaño del cuarto. Por ende no enfrían bien. Los cuartos les hace falta espejo. Solo tienen espejo en el lavamanos. Bastante accesible la propiedad.”

“The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed……

“A gem in the hills of San Antonio bario… beautiful and spacious rooms, delicious food served at their restaurant, a gorgeous green space in the center of the hotel with birds singing and the feel of nature surrounding us. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel.”

“The property is nice the staff are friendly but the reason why I gave 3 stars overall was because after spending 8 days paying around the same price for a night they raised the price significantly and when I asked if I could keep the same rate the response was kind of snarky telling me the price that it would go up to like if I couldn’t cover it, they said that they needed to talk the the general manager and they never did so I decided to check out and go to another hotel. If you’re gonna book……
