We found out when we double checked in the evening. In addition, the requested morning call did not happen. the staff who cleaned our room let hairs laid on the toilet ground....”

“Overall it well suited my requirements. I was pleased to find it central to the places I needed to go to while in Wellington. The onsite manager was friendly, very helpful and available to assist with anything if required. The only downside for me personally was that my room, which had a glass door and very large window fronting the courtyard the opposite rooms, which left me no privacy when the curtains were open. In saying this, I wouldn't hesitate to use the hotel again if it suited my……
