“Wir waren zum dritten Mal da und es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Wir haben immer Halbpension und sind damit sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, viel Platz und der Balkon bietet von jedem Zimmer Meerblick. Das Personal ist super freundlich, die Reinigungskräfte machen einen super Job und das Essen ist echt lecker. Jeden Tag hat das Abendbuffet ein anderes Thema: kanarisch, international, mexikanisch, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte, ....”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! It turn down my feeling for such great island ! A bad experience in my life !!! ”

“We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus.”

“Great hotel with lots of amenities and evening entertainment. Very close to the Yumbo Centre and transport links. Staff were super friendly and nice too. Breakfast was a large buffet of hot and cold options and drinks too. Love that they have shower facilites in reception if you have a flight in the evening. I sunbathed all day and got refreshed and showered which is the first time ive seen a hotel do this. Only downfall is the walk from reception to my room was long. The hotel is a maze. But……

“The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool……

“Lovely view from room over garden to the sea. The food was very good. The pools were lovely and warm. Never a problem to find a sunbed. The staff were all fantastic. We asked to have a specific table in the restaurant on our last night as it was our anniversary and not only did they decorate the table for us, a bottle of cava and chocolate dipped strawberries were put in our room. Thank you everyone at Radisson Blu for making our stay so special.”
