"Worst hotel trip ever! No towels in room for 20 hours despite several requests. Wet towels given for sunbeds. Room not clean. Had to wait over 1 hour for enough beds despite not arriving until 9pm when book in time was from 2pm. Food very poor. Staff standing around in dining room but lots of tables not cleared or ready for next diners. Staff not managed well and allowed to provide very poor service. Good points: Hamam excellent animation team good, pool attendant worked hard to try to keep pool...

"Short stay for a trip to Ephesus. The hotel is nice, clean and relatively new with regards to decor and furnishings. The staff were helpful. Good breakfast with hot and cold food options. We also ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening and food was decent. The only negative is that my room was facing the main road so it could get noisy at night. My nephew used the pool which was clean and a good size. There is a little shop next to the hotel where it's possible to buy drinks and snacks as the hotel is not very walkable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay."
