“We look at the page to see the new year's activities in the room But we were shown the street room and couldn't see the Times Square New Year's Eve event at all. We asked for a room change and we had to pay more. We later paid more to get us another room. Will not book this hotel again.”

“We have stayed in NYC many times but have never had a better experience than we did at Westin Grand Central. The staff were absolutely top notch. Knowledgeable, friendly, absolutely everything we could have asked for. Won’t ever stay anyplace else when we go to the city. Highly recommended!”

“The housing keeping staff are warm. However, the staff at the reception counter and the bell boys during check-in and during our stay were not warm and not friendly, not feeling a sense of guests. Same comment on the female staff of the Early Edition Espresso Bar (Men staff are warm). Besides, my daughter needs to use crutches to walk but no staff helped open the heavy entrance glass door for her when she entered and left the hotel during our 7-day stay. Unlike our stay in other……

“Did not expect we stayed at 5F and the bar downstairs played music till 2 o’clock. Limited space, unrealistic and useless designs. May fit for people who likes night-life style. Not recommend for family and business trip. ”
