“Great location, potential to be a beautiful hotel, but needs some tlc. The room was dirty, dirty toilet, headboard had stains all over it, stains on the sheets. No Iron, ironing board or even a hairdryer in the room. Not suitable for disabled people, steps outside the property, stairs everywhere, no lift.
The lady on reception was very lovely and very helpful.”

“We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan.
The room was spacious but really needs an update.
The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn.
The wallpaper was also peeling.
The bathroom renovation was acceptable.
Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out.”

“Good enough but not worth the rate. There best room which they use for bridal suite has a stepping ledge onto the terrace that is unstable and there was a smell in the room. They did give us a diffuser but it was still there. The heated towel rail didn’t work. However, other rooms might be great and the views are absolutely stunning.”
