“Lovely clean rooms, really comfortable beds and linens. Deep soaker tub in the bathroom! Lovely coffee room with tea, coffee etc. and real cream in the fridge! And the price was right! Will definitely stay again if coming through Port Perry.”

“The property is fabulous. Nice boutique hotel on Main Street in Newmarket across from a great coffee shop. A couple of small challenges include parking as there’s limited parking that’s covered in a few extra spots uncovered. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to change in the front desk, control it from there. Staff was amazing and rooms were clean and we serviced daily while we were out so there was no inconvenience to our day.”

“The place is perfect for a family of 4 or less. Would be amazing in the winter as you are at the top of the hill! Corner lot, bbq right next to unit. Keyless entry. Back patio Make sure to pack like you are going to the cottage. Don't forget your condiments! It's great!”

“I liked the property, but I was disappointed that Expedia didn’t mention the required deposit when booking. When I started receiving calls about leaving a deposit larger than the actual stay—and since it wasn’t processed through Expedia directly—I initially thought it was a scam.”

“1. I do not recommend booking with GlobalStay. I would not do it again. 2. Pay attention: a) prices in USD; b) they ask for a deposit before arrival; c) you have to pay for any extra guests per night; d) at this location, AC/Heat was not functioning. 3. They did not return my deposit in full because they claimed that I caused damages to the property, which I definitely disagree with. So far, I have not found a way to get my money back. ”
