It felt like I was in a cozy European hotel. Every staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful. The decor and vibe are inviting and visually appealing, especially in the lobby as you enter and in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and overall the property was super clean. And while you are there, I would suggest dinning or just having a drink at the restaurant. Like the rest of the hotel, the staff was great, the decor is beautiful, with delicious food in o top things off. This is Newmarket, right? We stayed there for Valentine's. Welcoming from the second we entered the lobby. Professional, friendly staff and a lobby bar that felt like we were transported back to the 50s. Exceptional service at every interaction. Even the guy mopping the floor greeted me and warned of the wet floor. Our room was wonderfully appointed. We had breakfast at the Overlea. A nice view overlooking downtown Newmarket. And great food. We both had variations of Eggs Benedict. Its the little things that make the difference. Like the handwritten note in the room upon arrival.
