"The check in could be faster and the elevators are slow. There are 8 and somehow it’s not enough. The hotel is obviously pretty old, BUT it has been renovated which is nice. The parking garage is claustrophobic. The height is only 6’ for vehicles and tight turns. Leave the big SUVs at home. "

Even though we didn’t get a chance to experience the rooftop (made us feel a little less than but we went down to the three arches and had a blast!!! The food was delicious and the drinks were incredible. Katie was a joy and made our experience even more fun, she made us feel at home…"
