“Stayed here for a few days on a business trip and had a very nice stay! The property is extremely beautiful and the inside is clean and modern. The room was very clean and the mini fridge was perfect given the heat. Staff were very friendly. I would also recommend checking out the gym. It's super modern and clean as well. Would come here again next time I'm in town!”

“No room service for 3day! And after take the shower the floor always be come wet so not so happy with that ”

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. The area has some homeless folks, but I didnt sense danger. Just head in thr opposite direction where they dont congregate, but do thst in the daytime. I ubered in the evening. I wouldn't walk too far off the beaten path. Otherwise it was ok.”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“Almost all of the staff were great except for the person taking the calls for room service. Less than friendly, very rushed and sounded annoyed. Could be she was having a bad day, but when dealing with guests, you should fake it till you make it (to the end of your shift). Other than her, the stay was lovely, nice room and the view of Piedmont Park was amazing. Even saw Stone Mountain from my room in the far distance. ”

“The location and staff were awesome. Walking distance to great stores and restaurants. Danny at the front desk was an absolute star. We had a little hiccup with our safe but the hotel made things right. ”

“The staff at this hotel are beyond fabulous. From to front door,to the front desk, to the wait staff they were all so kind and helpful as I was delayed in Atlanta and trying to fix a passport issue to catch up to my children overseas. ”

“Close to downtown, room is ok, but facilities not working properly. Sink blocks two days no one comes to fix, they bought me breakfast before checkout, but I really don’t recommend this hotel.it’s not worth the price, and I don’t think it matches the standard by Hilton ”
