"Beautiful resort. Lots of meal options including a great selection of gluten free options. The only negative was that I found the women that worked at the bulk shop quite rude. My husband and I did all inclusive and would get takeaway drinks from there after dinner, the staff came across as rude and unpleasant. All the other staff was lovely. One in particular at the bar near the ocean was incredibly kind. "

"Location was good for me as I was only there for three nights and wanted to be close to the airport for an early flight when I left. They offer an excellent shuttle to and from the airport at no extra cost. They offer a free shuttle to a mall and a beach all through the daytime. I had two tours booked and was picked up at the hotel so this location suited me very well. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was a nice area to relax. The room was a good size and beds were comfy. I would stay here again for a short visit. "

My fiancé and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. The food was fresh and varied, the drinks were great, and the entire staff from reception, housekeeping and restaurant made us feel genuinely cared for. As Mauritians living abroad, we were deeply touched by how respectfully we were treated just like any international guest. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience at every hotels we’ve been in Mauritius, but this hotel made us feel truly seen, welcomed, and appreciated. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the heated pool was the cherry on top. We felt completely relaxed and on vacation. I loved it so much that we gifted a stay to my parents a 2 nights all-inclusive stay. It was their first-ever hotel getaway and they were absolutely glowing with happiness the entire time!
