“The rooms were big and spacious. The property is well kept and beach area is plentiful. The pools are large and spacious and appropriate for all ages. The only down side is the pathways around the property is limited and makes it tough for customers with disabilities to easily get around.”

“Room was not clean, very dusty. While the drivers were very friendly and professional, shuttles took an eternity as there was sometimes only 1 or 2 for the entire resort. Inconvenient when travelling with a toddler. Burgers were good, but not much selection in terms of healthy food, especially at the buffet. Very few choices for fruit. Staff was generally helpful.”

“Must of the staff members who have met were very nice except lobby bar staff at night who were very rude especially the older men who I didn’t know the name (bartender) wow very disappointed with the service replacements were needed asap”

“It would’ve been great if the hotel provided a shuttle to town daily it would make the property more appealing.”
