My wife and I went to Aruba for our 3rd wedding anniversary and were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. Our room was already prepared when we arrived, and for our anniversary night, they had balloons in the room. We will be going back to the Ritz-Carlton on our next visit. Hunt

We had a lovely stay and I found nearly all of the staff to be very welcoming and engaging. The one exception was the hostess at the steakhouse on Friday evening. Maybe she was having a bad evening. We took a quick look at the menu and went elsewhere. In contrast, the staff near the pool and the adjacent dining area were fabulous.

great family vacation, with a premium feel. despite being the ritz, they were super kid friendly surprisingly and the food / drinks were excellent, much better than most resorts.
