“Facilities were exceptional as was Angela the lovely lady who checked us in. I would periodically receive texts from her to see how we were doing and to ask if there was anything that we needed. Great service from her and the room attendants were also very nice and welcoming as well. Mandy was our server for breakfast and she was fantastic too! Couldn't ask for a better experience.”

“Excellent facilities, but room was not well cleaned. For this price point, I would expect an updated bathroom. ”

“This hotel does not have visible signs at night. We arrived to hotel at 10 pm and drove around the block 3 times due to no signage being visible. Which caused us an extra 30 minutes delay after our long drive. Then $45 for valet parking (ridiculous).”

“There is a strong smell of wall paint in the room. There is a guest's hair and plastic label left on the dressing table, and there is a little bit of paper on the carpet. This indicates that the cleaning work in this hotel is not good. Moreover, walking from the lobby to the room is really far, and it is not suitable for use as a hotel.”
