When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it.……

“The hotel is generally good.
It's about 10-15 minutes of walking to the metro, tram station and a supermarket.
There are good restaurants around it, and basically all over Prague lol
The office manager is very helpful and humorous and he also introduced briefly the city to us.
However, the hotel is old and classic and maybe the carpet in the rooms is a bit dusty and there may sometimes be some little bugs.
The room is tidy but the single room is a little bit quite small in size.
