“The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. “We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms was spacious and clean, and had the basic amenities you would expect of this caliber hotel. The gym was also quite nice and the staff were excellent. It is conveniently located about a seven minute walk to the subway that will take you into old town or most anywhere of interest. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of items served. Overall, we enjoyed out stay here.”

“I really enjoy staying Anna hotel not only because of the comfortable environment but also the passionate staff. “Wir hatten ein Comfort-Doppelzimmer. Dieses war sehr geräumig und sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.
Der Service war sehr gut. Preiswerte Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung zu Tram/Metro.
Frühstück etwas simpel, aber für den Preis voll in Ordnung. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.
Parkplatz auf dem Hof kostet 10€/Tag. Geld wechseln ist vor Ort möglich.”

When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor.
