“This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair.”

“Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal.”

“We loved this hotel. Wanted to visit Lanzarote but didn’t want a big resort The room was fine, the staff excellent and so charming and helpful especially Belfar , Michele and Livio. Belfar in particular went above and beyond and sorted us a private guided trip to Timanfaya etc at very little more than group tours . Thank you x Loved the quiet. Loved the pool. I have seen comments about lack of staff but for a 14 room hotel there were a good number of staff. Yes occasionally we had to wait but……
