“The property stands because the employees. They are friendly, helpful and kind, thank you very much to all of them. I would like to mention that there should be access for disabled people to the theater and the disco (the entire floor where they are located) because it is a sad to watch them looking and trying to access it and then noticing that they will not be able to participate and there it is not inclusion for them.”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at The Grand Hyett , previously as the Dreams. Nothing has changed, we love the preferred club rooms, the concept of the lounge, being able to nip and make a coffee or have sandwich. The rooms are amazing, with a massive big TV , filled mini bar to be used free of charge, lovely toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns etc, all that you would expect from a hotel of this standard. “♥️”

“Gorgeous hotel with a lovely pool separate one for adults, which was appreciated. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of choice. Plenty of underground parking and you can also park outside on the street. Easy to find, just off the motorway. Room was spacious and had a little mini fridge. Supermarket nearby too. 10 mins easy walk to Port of Mogan.”

“The gym and facilities could open sooner. The AC was very low and the rooms warm. Staff was lovely and we had a lovely time”

“Amazing hotel with lovely helpful staff. All facilities spotless and you are aware they are regularly cleaning. They even went above and beyond to make us feel welcome on our anniversary!”

“The highlights of our stay were definitely the food, with both breakfast and dinner being excellent. The large swimming pools with warm water were another fantastic feature and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The hotel has made some great improvements, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as having wine glasses in the room and enough amenities provided for all guests. The entertainment throughout the day was absolutely amazing, with plenty to keep everyone……
