“This hotel is a one of a kind. It is absolutely a marvel how such a hotel exists in the middle of the jungle/rainforest. It is simply gorgeous, and the staff is top notch! The property is amazing with hot springs everywhere - which are stunning and well maintained. The views of the volcano are stunning. So much to do here - You can even whitewater Kayak on site! There too many things to name to do a review any real Justice. What an amazing place!”

“We had really pleasant stay. The grounds the hotel is set in amazing. All the rooms seem to have great views across the valley, with nature being so close. Only criticism is the acoustics, the rooms echoed. I love to go back again.”

“Spotted a coati outside our room and hummingbirds at breakfast were beautiful Lovely restaurant and dinner and breakfast were excellent with lots of choice Some lovely walking trails around the hotel Loved the village of Elena had some cute high end shops and a fantastic coffee shop and great gift shops Visited sloth sanctuary which was fantastic to see sloths close up ”

“An outstanding hotel Staff were so friendly and helpful Room was stylish, large, lived the outdoor shower 2 restaurants food was excellent in both and wines very good Breakfast was best in Costa Rica - buffet style - lots of choice and delicious Bar area was fun for a pre dinner cocktail and a fun games room Pool area was lovely and tranquil with a great hot whirl pool for relaxing in after morning activities The free afternoon yogo with Jeremy was fantastic and so nice after a day tubing……
