“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“Good service. Close to Kotor. Comfy room. Driving in via narrow road. Need to be super careful. ”

“Very central to the old town, about 3mins away, best breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommend”

“Beautiful property, excellent room with 2 bathrooms and great service from the staff. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Chedi.”

“Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. “Everything was fine except the Bed Mattress was to firm and pillows so flat.”

“Perfection. Lovely resort. Amazing location. Friendly staff. 11/10!”

“Hotel is 10/10, that is without a doubt. If you like to do activities outside of the resort, there isn’t anything. It’s a quiet village. This place is truly meant for rest and relaxation. Please be careful how you book your room on Expedia. I booked a room with a sea view and was provided a room with 4 walls. It was hours of going back and forth with management. I was mansplained, repeatedly told I did not book the right room and that I would have to pay extra for the upgrade. Expedia was……

“Gorgeous hotel in Tivat. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order, so always hot. Helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. We really liked the location, which was a 5 minute stroll to the shops and restaurants. Plenty of sun beds, and the place never seemed crowded. Overall a fantastic stay in a beautiful country”
