“This was our first time in Kotor and the Palma Apartments were the best choice. Just a few minutes' walk to the water where you have a great selection of restaurants, stores, and a bakery. Old town was just an eight-minute walk and staying at the Palma allowed us to stay clear of all the crowds when we chose to do so. Service was impeccable, with the host greeting us at the gate and escorting our bags up the stairs for us. Once in the room, he gave us recommendations for our stay as well as……

Since it is located in the heart of the Kotor old city, where GPS doesn’t work as well, you may have to inquire about the property location from the local retailers to find it. Best thing is to call the host when you get in the vicinity of the property.”

“Beautiful hotel, just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Kotor and 15 minutes from Perast. A fabulous breakfast and really helpful staff. This is the perfect base away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. There are not any restaurants close by to walk to though, so eat on the hotel or drive to the nearest in Kotor.”

“Great location in amazing surroundings. The amenities need a bit of care (door handles falling off ) and some additions. The name 'Deluxe Rooms' is misleading. It was more like a hostel with bare bones rooms and the washroom (which was great !) across from a public hallway. The breakfast was good, but nescafe' is not a good start to the day.”

“The apartment was as it appeared in photos, very functional and 15 minute walk from Kotor along the gorgeous coastline. For the price and location it is worth it’s money The host didn’t reply to any of my messages about check in until I had messaged multiple times on the website and whatsapp, then was very snippy when i called to ask which room we were meant to check into, telling me he was very busy. We met another couple who had the same issue.”

“DO NOT BOOK! Hotel is closed down. I’m writing this to ensure that no one else books this place, as Hotels.com has so far refused to pull this listing. The hotel does not exist. I spent nearly 3 hrs in the dark trying to find this place. Eventually, I did find the address, only to be yelled at in Serbian by a poor woman who now owns this as her home. If you book, you will be stranded. ”
