Impeccable property, very cozy and spacious, fully equipped (with washer and dryer); the owner Branko is very nice and attentive and even provided a mobile phone to get in touch with him for any questions or needs. Great value for money. Highly recommendable!

Small boutique hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Good recommendations for restaurants for dinner. The onsite breakfast was very good. View across the water from our small balcony was beautiful. Would recommend to most travelers but need to be able to do stairs as property does not have an elevator. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the care we received

This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. I stayed here with my family. It’s truly a home away from home with an amazing neighbour - Dusan and his wife, Apartment is spacious, kitchen has all that one would need at home. It has washing machine (no dryer), dish wash, iron, vaccum cleaner. Host continuously supplied us the towels and tissues. Location is an absolute centre with Kotor old town just 7/10 mins drive. Very peaceful and right on the bay. Has a nice car park and a grocery near by at a five minutes walk and big super markets...

Aparrment was clean, staff was very help, it was nice to have a coffee maker and great location, we will definitely stay there again.

Intimate hotel with great hospitality and attention to details. They noticed I had an early departure offer to have breakfast to go made for me. Every staff member friendly and helpful from font desk to cleaning staff. Definitely will return and staff longer.

The view from the balcony was nice. It was also right on the bus stop.

Excellent hotel to stay.

Quaint hotel inside the old city of Kotor. We stayed recently for 2 nights as a part of a tour of Croatia and Montenegro. If you are driving like we were, know that you have to drive to their partner public lot and if busy wait in a line of cars until a spot opens and then enter the lot. You then bring your parking lot ticket along with what luggage you need for the stay about 300 meters to the hotel from the lot. They stamp your ticket at the hotel and you pay per day at check-out instead of ...

Great location and staff.

The hotel is truly a gem! Located at the shore of the bay in the center of Prcanj, in an old stone house of the XVIII century, very close to Kotor. Enjoy the beautiful nature, old monuments, Orthodox and Catholic churches, private beach with crystal clean water. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, perfectly clean property, gorgeous architecture, breathtaking scenery... We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

This was a wonderful place within the walls of old town Kotor. The room looked like the inside of a medieval castle (in a good way). The staff was wonderful, breakfast (included) was excellent with a personal chef to make our latte and cheese omelette. It was a challenge to find, nestled in the heart of old town, but the information desk outside the old town was very helpful, directing us to the hotel entrance. I would definitely recommend staying here!
