“Spacious and well equipped rooms with a beautiful view of the Hyde Park and London Eye. Sumptuous breakfast. Classy location, walk down to Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, shops & restaurants. It’s just outside the Knightsbridge Tube station. All staff members are extremely helpful and ready to serve, especially Ruston. The cabs and Uber services are terrific. They could improve on the refund policy. I had to cancel a room for 9 nights, within just 24 hours of booking but both Expedia and Hotel……

“It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help……
