“Walked in around noon and the front desk employee was on her cell phone. I waited, and when she didn’t acknowledge me, I said hello. She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her.
I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy.
Very poor customer service. Front desk staff should be welcoming and professional, and this was the complete opposite. If you are looking……
