“We loved our stay at this VRBO. Greg was extremely responsive. Welcomed us by messenger in the VRBO app, asking if we settled in and if we needed anything. The place was well appointed - clean, lots of towels, beautiful interior, lovely and private outdoor space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Along with many other little touches that made the place feel like home.The location was perfect for us. We have family all around the LA area, so it kept us in the middle of it all.I very much……

“I chose Sierra Madre cottage as it was close to my daughter’s home. I was greeted by Tom (along with lovely fresh baked goodies from a local bakery). The cottage had everything I need (especially air conditioning as I’m not used to the scorching California sun). The pool was definitely an added bonus. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and best wishes for your future plans.”

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
