“We had a wonderful stay in the Garden Casita. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very nice, and the yard is fantastic! We were in town for Thanksgiving with the relatives which live close by so I appreciated having such a nice kitchen to make food in. We loved the wooden ceiling and the way it is decorated is very nice. So many nice and thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. ”

"We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations. The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would truly elevate the guest experience. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families visiting Universal Studios Hollywood. The facilities are family-friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed yet vibrant, and everything is conveniently located. Strongly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway!"
