"Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. "

"¡Vacaciones inolvidables en un lugar maravilloso!Hemos pasado 14 días increíbles en esta casa de madera con mi marido y nuestro hijo de 5 años. "Rooms were large. Breakfast was great, however, for a 5 star hotel, not having a proper coffee machine in the room (powdered coffee and kettle provided, breakfast starts at 8 am) is not acceptable. Furthrmore, wifi in the rooms was so weak and poor, could not log in (had to go to reception to do so), and then could not upload normal apps like IG. Hotel reception were aware of this problem, so ongoing for a while. Also could not watch Netflix on iPad. TVs in the room are not smart TVs, not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Staff were all friendly and pleasant though. Would not stay here again. "

"A great location on the beach front and walkable distance from all amenities. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions as we've always been happy and content here. We do feel tbe rooms could do with some updating now though! There was a kettle, rwo cups and saucers two bottles of complimentary water but no coffee or tea bags which we found very odd. Friends were staying here at the same time as us and the same situation in their room so we knew it wasn't that they had been forgotten to be added ro the T-tray. I would say the breakfast was just ok...plenty to choose from but still just ok. This hotel is definitely more suitable for middle aged or elderly people. As the entertainment is certainly not for the younger generation. I Would recommend this hotel 👍 "

"Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own."
