“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. ”

“We had a great stay at Del sol. The view is beautiful, friendly staff and you can rent snorkels and everything you need from the hotel. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are a little dated but fine for the price you pay. Hot water is hit and miss but it’s so warm you don’t really need it. ”

“Incredible staff, very helpful. I loved the privacy of my hut. It was quiet and picturesque. Short tuk tuk ride to beach. ”

“We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous. ”
