“It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival”

“The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. A sign on the balcony said, Please don't open the balcony door; there are many……

“The view is pretty good and the room is also quite comfy. Hotel staff is very helpful on answering the queries. The breakfast also has quite a lot of choices. But the window frame has blocked the view for a bit and its location is not convenient if you are not driving.”
