“Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!”

“Gorgeous honeymoon getaway”

“The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. A sign on the balcony said, Please don't open the balcony door; there are many……

“Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…”

“Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even……

“The room was with plenty of space for a solo traveler. The breakfast was not included to the plan but you can find one in the hotel restaurant or on the street. I did not find staff always in the front desk so I had to make a phone call to get out my car from the parking.”
