“The location, the hotel itself, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast and dinner were all wonderful. The Settai of Galilee was a truly dreamlike setting, with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our stay unforgettable. I was a little disappointed that our private pool didn’t have a pool light, and there was some sand or granular debris on the bottom of the pool\. Nevertheless, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience\. I would highly recommend this……

“The hallway carpets require better upkeep. There are no courtesy services to assist visitors with city navigation. Additionally, some reception desk staff do not speak English.”

“mixed. my second time. DEfinately cheaper than most of the other places. The building is kinda outdated but on the plus side. Food is Kosher, minyan is onsite and they have shabbos locks. had an issue as someone blocked me ... so I couldnt get out of the parking lot. While this was a small issue for me, I can see this being huge for some others. Not alot of parking spaces so on crowded days..... this can be an issue.”

“The hotel was beautiful but the front desk was not helpful we got a small room for 3 people the extra bed was uncomfortable and the manager promised us a bigger room and did not honor it… the other staff were fantastic great service… faid was the front desk manager and not helpful at all”

“Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…”

“The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs. There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition. The light in toilet was not on. Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access. It is not worth the money.”

“Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach on the Kinneret. I saw some reviews complaining about music by the pool, but it was calm music and not too loud so don't let that put you off! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!”
