“The house was very cute and clean. It was nicely equipped. We loved having a sauna. We loved the house and location other than it being a little louder outside than expected near busy road. With being over age 50, we did not take in consideration, having to climb up and down the ladder to the bed and needing to use the restroom in the middle of the night.”

“When we booked our stay, we were looking more at the location and the bedroom configuration than anything else, which worked very well for us. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised by the decor, which was in the photos, but we had rushed past. It was a great place to stay! We ran out of propane while Lona was at work, but she was able to get us going again very quickly. Lona is very friendly and a very good host. If our travels ever lead us back to Seward, we would love to stay here……

“I recommend the cozy boutique 10/10. The home was exactly as described on VRBO. It was very clean and spacious. Be cognizant of the many homeless people who stayed fairly near the entrance of the neighborhood. That was a bit unsettling, however, it didn’t take away from the home. The only issue we had was that we weren’t able to adjust the temperature. The owner suggested we either open a window or use a fan. We didn’t do either of those since my partner can’t sleep with a fan, and I was afraid……
