“I didn't even get out of my car at this one. There is nothing around except the truck stop next door. This is not a place for a traveling female, but for truckers. That "little" fact was not included in the description.”

“Pool was so much fun and my daughter’s birthday was recognized by the staff when we checked in that was so nice! Also I thought I left something in the room the staff went above and beyond to look for our missing item. We also enjoyed the drinks in the evening.”

“It was an okay stay. The place good of had some detail cleaning. Also, the breakfast was more like snacks. The coffee wasn't even hot out of the dispenser. The staff was pleasent and eager to help.”

“We arrived late, after 11PM, and the front desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation. After providing our confirmation number, she finally found the reservation and checked us in. The room was very basic, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (my husband and I woke up numerous times throughout the night) and the bathroom was not clean. The sink area was dirty and stained and the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. There were no towels or hand soap provided. I will never stay at this hotel……

“Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror.……

“When I booked through Expedia I chose a listed room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived at the hotel the room only had 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper, no sofa at all. I asked the clerk about this and was told they removed the sofa sleepers when the hotel was remodeled. Evidently Expedia data is not kept up to date. This will be the last time I book through Expedia. Very displeased with the result which meant we were stuck with a room with inadequate sleeping and two men had to……

“The room was mostly clean, which was impressive considering it smelled like someone had hosted an all-night hotboxing competition in it. The marijuana odor was so strong that we probably could have failed a drug test just from breathing the air. The bed was another special feature. Apparently, “mattress” is a loose term here, because it felt like a sheet had been tossed over a wooden box spring and called good. We did not sleep at all. By the middle of the night, the floor was starting to look……

“The woman who seemed to run it, spent most of her time on her phone. Check in was, show me your id, how are you paying, elevator is over there. Breakfast, no regular coffee, no cups to measure batter for waffles, two of the hot containers were empty no idea what food was supposed to be in them. And she was on her phone walking around. We stay often at Quality Inn’s, this is the first time we ran into this.”
