“Room had stink bugs coming from a/c unit. Shower hand held was broke wouldn’t stay in position. Basically hanging down from the hose Stains on bed sheets.”

“Stayed 5 nights: 1st night, after driving 8 hours, realized the TV was not working due to a very obvious faulty hook-up cable situation, which I offered to fix myself as it was an easy fix & I was ready for Golden Girls & sleep. Went to speak to the lady, sitting on the lounge area couch on her phone, who informed me there was nothing anyone could do & put a work order in to be fixed the next day. I had just booked the room online, knew there were vacancies, & asked if we could just do a quick……

We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response.……
