"I had a wonderful stay at Caribou Lodge in Banff and would definitely recommend it. The hotel has a cozy, warm atmosphere that perfectly matches the mountain vibe, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days outdoors. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The location is also very convenient, close enough to downtown Banff, but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Banff."

"I recently had a very frustrating experience with Hotel 11 in Calgary. After completing my reservation and arriving with my luggage, I was unexpectedly told that they do not accept debit cards for check-in. This policy was not clearly communicated during the booking process, which caused a major inconvenience. What made the situation worse was that I was essentially asked to return to the airport to resolve the issue, which is completely unreasonable after a long trip. Policies like this should be clearly stated upfront so guests can prepare accordingly, not discovered at check-in. The shuttle service was also extremely disappointing. It is not a 24-hour service, and you actually have to book it in advance for specific time slots. On top of that, the shuttle is very small and often full, making it unreliable and inconvenient, especially for travelers who are depending on it for airport transportation. Overall, the lack of clear communication, inflexible policies, and unreliable shuttle service made this a very stressful experience. I would strongly recommend that future guests double-check all policies in advance and not rely on the shuttle. Unfortunately, this stay left a very negative impression."

"Aside from limp rubbery waffles, the breakfast service was very good. My challenge was that I’d booked this hotel for a two-day writing retreat and the “desk” was more a piece of furniture rather than a functional desk. It wasn’t conducive to setting up my computer for many hours of intense work. To be fair, having booked on Expedia I had not checked those specifics."

"I loved this hotel! The hot top outside was so nice and relaxing! Also when we arrived we got a little package with our choice of coffee, tea, milk and creamer! I would 100% recommend this place and stay again!"
