Apartments in Edmonton for Rent

"The location is really on the outskirts of the city. The bathtubs are really weird. Tight and small not ideal for a grown adult. The pool area really echoes. It would be amazing to have some adult exclusive hours. Staff was really friendly. Beds were really comfortable. Buffet was decent although they continued to run out of items and it took a long time to refill."

"Likely the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been in at a hotel. Used washcloths were still hanging on the shower curtain bar. Used soap or at least a little bit of it was still on the shelf in the shower. Of I don't know if there was boogers on the wall or if it was puke residue in the bathroom, but there's definitely something that came out of someone's body, hardened to the wall. The beds... As my kid would say" they should have called this place the uncomfortable inn". Honestly they weren't horrible but they were far from great. Quite a large mini fridge in the room, but the cooling coils for the freezer must have had an inch ice on them so so doesn't look like it's been defrosted or turned off a year. So I would think that it doesn't see too regular of cleanings. Elevator didn't work to go up or down for most of the evening and overnight, many of us returning from the Oilers game were unable to get to our rooms since there is no stair access that hotel guests can take. Front desk had a sign on it for the better part of an hour saying, be right back. A few of us went walking around looking for anyone to help get us to our rooms and we grabbed the walkie-talkies and tried to communicate with whoever had it on the other end but no one answered. We phoned and no one answered. I believe they were trying to figure out the elevator situation but between 6 and 10 of us were left. Wondering if we were ever going to get to go to sleep. "

"Our stay was a quick one; we chose this hotel based on location to the Kinsmen sports complex. All in all, the room served its purpose. Could use a new mattress and fluffy pillows. Towels could be updated as well, they were on the smaller size and felt very worn out - sand paper texture. Our breakfast was not included we paid for a basic continental breakfast - coffee was good! The hotel does not include parking to the room cost. They will charge you $30 for an overnight stay! Again, nice hotel - served its purpose. "

"This is a nice hotel but staff was horrible. The front desk manager was rude and unprofessional. I called to ask a simple question one evening and he was rude and just hung up on me. One night some kids were partying until 12:30 smashing doors and making a racket in the hall I called front desk to let them know and nothing was done about it. When I told the manager and asked for a discount as I was going to stay one more night he charged me more than Expedia haha. I won’t stay here ever again. And I don’t recommend it. "
