"The hotel itself is good, decent rooms and pet-friendly (nice feature) but DO NOT take their advice on parking and AVOID the surface lot (Vibe lot 15) that they will register your vehicle at for parking. The front desk staff at the hotel told me that they have not heard of any concerns about break-ins at that parking lot for a few months, and my window was smashed in on the first night. While sorting that out, I ran into several other people who also had their windows smashed in and items stolen from their vehicles. Walking my dog past that lot the next 2 mornings, I counted another 7 (!) smashed windows so there were 10 car windows smashed in that lot during my 3 night stay. Definitely felt misled by the front desk staff who happily registered my vehicle to park there and told me that break-ins were infrequent when I asked if my vehicle would be OK parked there. When I spoke to the same front desk staff to let them know my window had been smashed in, they said they were "surprised" and that they hadn't heard of any issues reported to them for "months". It took me 12 hours to learn of 3, and was personally aware of 10 smashed windows/break-ins over my 3-night stay, so I find it hard to believe that the guy that works there wasn't aware of this issue. DO NOT park in their recommended surface lot. "

"Our toilet backed up in the middle of the night. Peolpe were sneaking in the back door to waterslide. it was very dirty and run down. Breakfast was terrible and the lady running it was SUPER RUDE. We were suppose to stay 2 nights and we made sure we were gone by checkput first day. "

"I rated it five star because of the value as it's price is actually a two-star. The room was clean large comfortable bed and lots of hot water. My room even had a hot tub and housecoat. The furniture was old but everything worked well"
