"Staff are really rude and very unpleasant like they're supposed to be as hospitality workers.You are supposed to have a smile on your face and a nice greeting when people come into a hotel.The workers did not on top of it.They tried charging us for stains that weren't even our stains on the towels and sheets"

"The room was clean and comfortable, and able to control the temperature well. We stayed 3 nights and we didn’t get any housekeeping. We had to ask for more coffee everyday. They told us at the end of our stay we had to ask for housekeeping when we checked in. Good location and decent pricing. Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant on site that was decent."

"- Beautiful facility. - Room was nice, unique layout. - Hot tub unfortunately was luke warm at best. - very high nightly fee for Pet policy was not previously disclosed at time of booking, had to spend 1.5 hours of my time at the hotel to argue against the signifivant nightly upcharge for our family pet (miniature schnauzer - hyper allergenic and the do not shed). - Bed far too soft for me, sore back in the morning. - complimentary breakfast was quite good, nice selection."
