“The host was excellent...very communicative and accommodating. Prices in this area seem high, particularly for the off season, but this home was one of the most affordable of those available during the timeframe I needed. Furnishings, bedding, towels, etc. are adequate but of lower quality than most vacation rentals we have stayed in. For an in-season stay where 90% of your time will be spent outdoors, this place would serve its purpose well, but a few upgrades could make it more comfortable.……

“The mattress across from the master was very uncomfortable. There is a dip in the middle. I had my daughter look at the mattress while I was lying down and she confirmed it's shaped like a "U". ”

“5 stars plus!!!! This North Webster IN vacation home was exactly as described and more! There were 8 of us - 3 generations. Check in was a breeze - there were many gasps of pleasure upon entering this home and walking up the hall to see the amazing 1st look at the lakefront. As promised the kitchen had everything we needed and more. All the rooms were lovely - so fresh! The kids stayed in the "Boat Room" - loved it - and all the table & board games outside of it. “Very welcoming, easy check-in and check-out. We appreciated the surplus of towels available as we used the hot tub ALOT! This would be so much fun in the summer with amenities from the shed being available. It was a perfect winter weekend getaway, too, though!”

“Nice little house and quiet neighborhood… But be careful on the front steps and stoop. They are slanted and have uneven ridges. Shoes can easily catch and you WILL trip and fall (we did). Also check in availability is late (5 PM). If you want earlier or at least 3 PM (which is the industry standard), you have to pay an extra 25 for every earlier hour that you need. Take this in consideration if you are in town for an evening event you will be rushing to. ”
