“Our shower had no hot water and we were told everyone else’s work are you sure? A staffer told us to run the sink and shower and that would work. It did not. They offered us another room at 430pm but we had to be somewhere by six. No time to load up everything and switch (this was after one night). Finally had a maintenance man fix what turned out to be a broken handle the next day! They did comp $40 of incidentals.”
