“The accommodation is superb. Best property we have stayed in as a family with kids and all our bookings are minimum 4*. Lovely ground terrace for dining, plus roof terrace with sunbeds. Way modern and feels like home. The owner has gone all out to make the place feel like home. The location is tricky with a baby buggy, if walking to beach, restaurants and shops as route is steep with steps. We had one but our youngest was able to get out and walk in these areas. “Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Mit fast allem drin. Hatten Probleme mit der Gartenpforte, ungelöst. Mit den Haustürschlössern, teilweise gelöst. Haus liegt direkt an Umgehungsstraße. Das steht nirgendwo. Extrem lauter Straßenverkehr ab 6 Uhr bis ca. 23 Uhr. Parkplatz nur bis Wagenlänge 4,65 m nutzbar. Agenturmitarbeiter jederzeit erreichbar, aber leider teilweise schwer von Begriff. No-Go jemanden für doof zu erklären. Die Aussendienstleute dafür superfreundlich und schnell da. Wer in der Grosstadt……

“The house is in an excellent location for walking to the beach, restaurants and other sights in Albufeira. The rooftop patio was an unexpected surprise and we used it regularly. It just needs some seating and other amenities. The responsiveness of the host team could be better, and there were several items that were broken, or not clean, that we had to bring to the team's attention. Hopefully these will all be addressed for future guests.”
