"This property was clean, modern, and well decorated! It had everything we wantes in a VRBO, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It is perched atop a tall cliff, and provided very scenic views of the ocean, as far as the eye could see!"

"We really enjoyed staying here. They had wifi, nice kitchen, even shampoo provided and washing machine + pods, fast service and replies and an easy check-in. Everything was like on the pictures and the contact was always really fast and friendly. What should be considered is that there are a lot of small animals around which is normal like centipede and ants but we could easily handle them just to keep in mind. We stayed there in Mai 2024 and it was a bit colder (+ tiles so maybe some warm...

"Nice multi-level property with a rooftop terrace that provides a great view of Funchal. Management was quick and responsive. Be aware that if the weather is hot there’s no AC. They provided a room AC that worked for the bottom floor, and fans for the other two bedrooms…but it was warm for sleeping…but otherwise really enjoyed our stay!"

"Location was suitable for our needs and there is a Spar on-site. The house photos are not recent and the house is not in as good a condition as the photos suggest. The biggest issue is damp throughout. There is mould on walls in several rooms including downstairs bathroom downstairs bedroom and master bedroom and the upstairs floor has partially lifted. Other minor issues were as follows: The bathroom has a shower, not a bath as the pictures show. We have two young children and one factor...

"Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. I strongly recommend the chalet. "
