“The hotel was fine, from front desk staff to amenities to room size to location. Road work nearby was not the fault of the hotel. On the other hand it was difficult, challenging and severely disappointing to deal with Expedia when I needed to make a change. There was no honest effort or customer service to work with me on my change request. I’m not sure I will use Expedia for any future travels.”

“Beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious with just the right amount of amenities.”

“The pool and hot tub were nice and the pool side room options were nice as well. The room was very small, and the bathroom was at the back of the room instead of the front, putting the bed right by the door. Our stay was good overall and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!”

“When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. ”

“Location was great. Literally walkable to many restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious.. bed is nice and firm (the way we like it), the only complain we have for the room is not having a blackout curtain and only a sheer curtain. The staff were nice and helpful Breakfast was way better than other hotels. (they have sausage,eggs, pancake and other usual American bfast) Nice pool and hot tubs (they have 3 hot tubs) Will definitely go back here again in the future!”

“My room was on the ground floor. With the trees outside the window, the room was not very bright which was not a problem for me as I did not stay in the room during the day. The smell of the room or the towels was not particularly refreshing but still acceptable. ”
