“We have a great stay in the hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice location.”

“My family was put into a room with a HUGE stain on the carpet. Toilet had to be held down the entire time it was flushing. Outside was dirty. Very dissatisfied.”

“The pool was really unique. The rooms were nice and I must say this was the best Roadway Inn I have ever been to.”

“The pull out mattress had stains on it. Extra bedding had a stain of some sort. Room was run down. When you are paying upwards of 400 a night you expect a little more.”

“Was clean and tidy, all staff were helpful. Was a small issue with room at check in, but the manager on duty was great, and re tidied the issue. Thanks Annette! Manager was also working hard to ensure the breakfast area was clean and well stocked the next morning. Annette is the hardest working manager we’ve seen at a hotel in a very long time”

“Love this hotel! It’s adorable with great service and I enjoy being downtown.”

“Did not like strong air freshener smell in the room. I have a sensitivity to all strong fragrances and had a pounding headache and congestion from this. Every thing else was amazing-”

“Hotel was run down hot tub was shut off and cold an hr before closing. Terrible smell in the hallway restaurant was closed room itself was acceptable at best bed wasn’t very comfortable and pillows were awful. Overall experience was terrible thankfully we only needed a place for an 8 hr sleep before getting back on the road but a little more comfort and a quick soak in the hot tub would have been nice especially after 16hrs on the road and another 16 the next day”
