“This was a comfortable condo with good amenities. There is a very cramped space identified as a balcony (2 chairs) and no lake view. There are also many (more then 40) steps that you need to manage to get from the parking to the entrance to the condo building, then the condo located on the second floor of the building. This is very challenging for anyone with mobility concerns or carrying luggage, etc. and there was no mention in the write-up. ”

“Great little condo, cute and cozy. Affordable place 15 minutes to great ski mountain. The little mountain there wasn’t really open, unfortunately. However, the did state that next season the maybe getting snowmaking abilities. I would definitely recommend.”

“Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable.
