"We stayed at Sunscape Resort & Spa Mexico for three days and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hospitality was amazing, and the staff were always smiling and so kind. The food was great with plenty of options, and the beach was AMAZING!! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this resort."

" We had a great stay at the Riu Palace Las Americas. Beautiful, super clean and excellent service. If you were sitting anywhere on the property, the lobby, the pool, the beach, someone will be along within a few minutes asking if you would like something to drink. The restaurants were fantastic. Good looking and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious. We were never disappointed. We have been to five other Riu hotels and this one had the best food. "

"This is our second time at Hyatt Ziva Cancun. First time we were on our mini-honeymoon and we absolutely loved it and had the best time. Two years later we returned for our wedding anniversary, we again had the best time. Clean rooms (and I’m Super picky about clean rooms), Service is amazing, food is best compared to other all inclusive resorts, an overall experience was 10/10. I literally have no complaints! Good for adults, groups, and families. Definitely will be back again!"

"This place was new and very clean, with great amenities. Wine and champagne in our room fridge plus the mini bar. Bathroom amenities were great. The room was perfect in all aspects and very clean. I wish food options were better but we found something to eat. Entertainment were good. Wait for shuttle to beach was long. One thing that I admire and I am super thankful is for their customer service. I lost my LV sun glasses in the pool and was extremely upset about that, I went to front desk and informed them. They checked pics of my glasses and told me will look for it. I had no hope that will be found but the next morning when I went back to front desk they found it from inside the pool. Has some scratches due to falling in side the pool but I was so happy that they found it. I am so grateful from them that they took the time and effort to search for it and returned it to me. I give 5 star becuase of this honesty and great customer service. "

"This hotel has pretty much everything you need and may want. Clean, spacious, on the water, multiple options for food, drinks, and play. Top tier and a wonderful experience especially Jack from vacation makers. He speaks 4 languages fluently. I definitely will be back"
