Our personal assistant, Rodrigo, went above and beyond throughout our stay. He checked in with us every day, made sure our plans were in order, and kept us updated on all the activities happening around the resort. His attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. All in all, the stunning resort, great amenities, and exceptional service made this a trip to remember. "Great location for Terminal 1 but not walkable to get to the other terminals. Overall it’s fine. Comfortable, and relatively quiet (unless you happen to be near noisy neighbors, as I was)"

"The whole place is clean and beautiful, most of the staff is helpful and very friendly. The people trying to constantly sell you the package upgrade are VERY friendly. The food is Mid at best, if you want a good pastry forget about it. The pool is beautiful, and the water park looks fun but it all closes at 5pm so it's hard to enjoy if you are doing any excursions or tourism. But if you have any issues, booking schedules, dinner reservations or anything else, good luck. Noone knows what's going on, we were bounced around for hours going in circles being told to do one thing tomorrow to fix it, just to me told tomorrow... No that can't be done! However, they have no issues trying to sell you on the idea of spending 10's of thousands of dollars. On their "world class" resort. That in reality is not better than any cruise ship I've been on."

"Staff was excellent. Food was great for a resort , plenty of options to pick from. Very clean. Only things we noticed that were more on the negative side was the drinks were pretty watered down and the rooms are quite dated. But overall for the price we paid we definitely recommend this resort . 8.5/10"
